2010 FIFA World Cup fever is here. The World cup 2010 Kick-off Concert Celebration has just been celebrated on June 10 in South Africa with Shakira and Freshlyground performing the official song of World Cup which is entitled "Waka Waka".

Former South African president Nelson Mandela will be attending the opening ceremony.

In the Opening Ceremony, the official song of the FIFA world cup “Waka Waka” will be presented by the Colombian singer Shakira and the band Freshlyground from South Africa, and will be sung in both English and Spanish. The song is based upon a traditional African soldiers’ song named Zangalewa.  It will also be sung at the opening ceremony and at the final or closing ceremony on July 11.
